In some cases, the buyer can cancel the purchase, including full, gives you the opportunity to make corrections. In some cases, a home inspection is considered mandatory, either by the lending institution or a state or municipal law, but if it is necessary or not, a buyer can save thousands of dollars on the thing and will save more in the long term after an inspection.
